Apollo Hospital has developed the first ever AI-based, Cardio Vascular, Risk Assessment Tool (AICVD) for the early detection of heart disease. The Risk scoring tool is remarkable for its speed in processing data and its accuracy at predicting the probability of individual developing heart disease.
The tool enables the delivery of proactive, pre-emptive and preventive care for at-risk individuals improving lives
The tool is built using learning 5,00,000 patient records from Apollo, the AICVD algorithm predicts the 10-year-old risk of a person having a cardiac problem, such as heart attack or stroke, with almost 90% accuracy
